Aaron currently serves as the council representative for the 3rd District on the Noblesville City Council and as the Founder of Monumental Strategy, a Noblesville small business with offices on the Square. Prior to founding Monumental Strategy, Aaron worked for Senator Dan Coats as a leader in his communications office.

In his free time, Aaron serves on the boards of Noblesville Main Street and the Noblesville Chamber of Commerce Foundation. He is also an avid outdoorsman, enjoys running downtown Noblesville, and spending summer days on Morse.

Aaron has been married to his wife, Bronwen, since 2015. Together, they have two children, Declan (5) and Parker (1). They volunteer and are members at Heartland Church and live in Old Town Noblesville on 9th Street, just north of the Square.
